Polite and friendly staff of Tian. You can get copies of your passport and 4"6" photos taken for your visa extension. They do provide a host of services ranging from Visa Extension to Certificate of Residence. For Residence Certificate, it's 1000 baht for next day pick up and 1500 baht for same day pick up. Visa extension is 2900 baht. Cost 1900 baht if you do it yourself at the main building. Good fellas in times of emergency.

The staff at Tian were outstanding when it came to helping my wife and I. We were staying in a long term condo rental situation but the owner refused to submit the TM30 paperwork that would allow us to obtain our Residence Certificates. We needed these for a number of things including Immigration reporting and to obtain our Driver's Licences. Tian did all the necessary work to obtain them and for a very reasonable price - and their ability to speak English was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend using them if you need assistance with the complexities of the Thai Immigration and visa system.
