We stayed during COVID-19 times (April 2021) for 4D3N at the Pool Access room. Overall, the stay was okay with certain downsides - likely due to the challenging times and hotel management. Check-in at noon was not good, staff preferred to speak only to my Thai partner - it was not a warm welcome to me as „Farrang“. We had to wait another 2 hours before the room was ready and meanwhile went for lunch at Seasonal Tastes. Room was okay, some maintenance/renovation could be useful. Ants in the room, noisy neighbors directly in the room next to us (although low occupancy and plenty of other available rooms…). Beds too soft for our personal taste, resulting in bad sleep. Food at „Seasonal Tastes“ was okay, the taste nothing outstanding or exceptional. (Young/Junior) Staff very attentive (quickly cleaning table etc), but not having *that* 5-star vibe - I cannot compare to any other Westin places, maybe it’s a more lax interpretation in general. If not, a proper management could easily give guidance. The facilities in general could use renovation, but probably too costly right now. Also the beach was not pretty with plastic trash and other debris - not that welcoming, so we didn’t swim there and also didn’t see anyone else in 4 days. Our stay itself was okay with the current promotion, but adding everything up (flight, accommodation, F&B) we would not book again as it’s not a good value for money for us. We hope Westin and the management here will put efforts into the right things that are obviously lacking to make use of the great potential this place has.

5 Stars all around. From the location, property upkeep, food/beverage quality, and service. Make sure you upgrade to a villa with a pool. Every room is a sea view, and the sunset is gorgeous. We really didn’t want to leave. I would suggest taking advantage of their promotions and spending a few days relaxing at this beautiful resort. The staff, from reception to maintenance, are engaging and polite. You really feel welcomed and pampered.

This is my Marriott brand reviews. Stayed there for a couple of nights. I gave only 4 stars because it's tough competition among themselves. But, if you've got a chance to stay there, they have great drinks. 2 hours, all you can drink for 450, 650 or 850. I got the 650, ordered two of the passion fruit daiquiri and blue kamikaze, and I was feeling good . For breakfast, it's in pretty good. But they have this energy bar made of peanuts, pistachio, and sunflowers seeds. Very good! I am not an energy guy type. But it's good. The sunset view is amazing from the restaurant. Don't miss it.

Open during the pandemic with some limitations, the experience is still incredible. The Sala Villas are a tremendous experience for the money. The view, pool, and room make for a very private getaway. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful. The food and drink options are many. The spa experience is excellent. The location is perfect for access to Phi Phi.

It is too dark at night. The fridge was broken and a lot of insect the pool during my stay . After covid gone, hope that they will back on track and take care their facilities as usual. However, the view is so nice. P.S. i was late check in. The welcome fruit they provided already spoiled and smelled before i came in.

The sala pool Villa is perfect design, love the shower with the view and the walk-in closet. But the food is not that taste. Price is good for what we get.

I went to stay for 1 night for vacation. The hotel is located quite far away from the airport and just 10mins to the city. We got an upgrade to the pool access and also a connecting room! The room is like in general as the same of other hotel. I really love bed so much. It was very comfortable when you sleep. Staff was very nice and helped us. Due to our room is located on the hill and has to take a shuttle to the room. Therefore, staff have to take us from the lobby to the room or pick up us at the room from the lobby. Breakfast, I totally enjoyed the breakfast buffet. From the fresh fruit, to the choice of egg and the fresh croissants and cake. It was just awesome. At the hotel also have many activities especially I love paddle board! But unfortunately, at the time is an ebb tide period, thus I can’t play. The hotel has 3 pools and I enjoyed all the pool and there is a good selection of drink at the pool bar too.
