The old style war museum founded by the Japanese soldier who tortured the POWs himself during the construction of the death railway in WW2. The place has a POW camp which displays odd photos and descriptions plus some artifacts. It is quite poorly maintained and a bit run down. Therefore, I would suggest you skip this place and visit the death railway museum near the war memorial cemetery or the Hellfire Pass instead. They are much better and well worth your time.
