I can't recommend this place enough. It's always been nice to come here. Ajarn Helen always is a good guide and instructor. The courses bring peace and serenity to restore polluted mind from the city. Inner process always hard to share to others for me, but I find it is safe and comfortable to share my experience with her.

Both the Reiki and Vippassana meditation courses that I have attended have been fantastic and eye-opening. Acharn Helen is very helpful and friendly and having taught meditation retreats over many years, she is very knowledgeable about Buddhism and of healing as well. I've really enjoyed her courses and I look forward to attending more in future.
