Well worth the 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 baht. Ultra luxury development, quality materials and easily the most high end development in Hua Hin. My partner bought here and I was astonished at the 1,500sqm sized land and 20 meter salt water swimming pool. Carrera marble throughout and amazing handmade tap ware / built ins. Dream!

A no bulldust developer who is a pleasure to deal with. I am a purchaser of a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house at \The Clouds\. It has a furniture package that is very high end. Very high ceilings,generous room sizes,gorgeous tiles that are very well laid,extremely nice swimming pool, double glazing thru out (except the bathrooms ) and a 5kw solar system with a battery option.Ours didn't come with the separate BBQ Pavilion option but that will be ready in 5 weeks from receiving of payment to handover. Ours has a internal laundry which comes unfinished however Gary will design and fitout to your desire.The only thing I would have liked that isn't included is a cinema or a media room as the North Americans call it.A fantastic development with a restaurant attached to the front of the property (with Villa Delivery).
