Very good experience - just one problem was that the original, cheaper car was not in-stock so I was upsold to the next one at a slightly higher price. Bit odd considering Phuket it a ghost town at the moment, wouldn't have thought the cheaper car(s) were booked up but there we go. The car given was acceptable. Engine a bit rattly, but went up and down the hills just fine. Car was dropped off easily, picked back up easily, deposit returned with no hassle. Would recommend overall.

Super smooth. Car was ready and waiting for me at arrival. Easy communication through WhatsApp. Paperwork already filled in. Nice car. Full tank. Will absolutely rent again next time coming to Phuket.
Great experience overall, I found about this company via their website which is very clear, accurate and easy to use, the communication was fast and precise at all times (via website, email and phone), the car was in great conditions and was definitely the best way to move around Phuket, the process of handing out the car and also picking it up was surprisingly fast and easy and I did not wait at all, no international DL required and definitely value for money, if I go to Phuket again I would definitely rent a car from them again without a doubt! Definitely recommended
My experience with this company was very good. At the airport I checked with other international car renting companies and their rate was almost double than what PhuketWheels was giving. I paid for a hatchback and they provided me with an automatic gear sedan, which was a free upgrade.. car was in perfect condition and well maintained. pick and drop at airport was very smooth..just arrive at their mentioned area and their rep will be there within 2-3 minutes. Tank was full to full. i opted for full maximum insurance and even with that their rate was reasonable. will definitely go again next time.
