Great quality tailor-made suit. I went here for a wedding outfit, based on the groom's recommendation. The suit itself was great. The first fitting gave a great selection of styles and materials to choose from. My 2/piece suit included a free tailor-made shirt and a tie to match the lining of my suit. There was a 2nd and 3rd fitting to perfect the cut and fit and easy and professional. The whole thing too a week from beginning to end. Sadly their after care leaves something to be desired. The cufflinks they sold me broke after only one use. I let them.know about this back in July, and now in December I am still waiting for a satisfactory response to my request for replacement cufflinks. Instead they gave me a spiel about returning them tonthe manufactor for a repair. 6 months later there is still no response. I would have thought the logical response would have been to replace them either permanently or at least until mine were repaired, as a gesture of good will. Instead, they have \sent them for repair\ and I am still lacking a pair of cufflinks 6 months later. I would have said this was a great shop, and I would have returned for any future suit orders, but now I am reconsidering where to make my next purchase.

I had a linen jacket, a pair of trousers and a short sleeve shirt mate. Johnny is a really friendly and efficient. Clearly knows his stuff. Three day turnaround and excellent quality with free alterations should I lose/gain weight in the future. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and amazing job! Was very lucky to discover Thai Custom Tailors before i came to Thailand! The experience is great. Very pleasant customer service and Johny and his team did an amazing job tailoring my dress, blazer, shorts, and jeans just to suit my true size. Not only the items fit me perfectly, the order was ready just in couple of days. Highly recommend if you go to Thailand please visit Chiang Mai.
