Hello Everyone. I just completed 12 weeks of Grand Master Diploma and 2 weeks of Patisserie from the school. Grand Master diploma consisted of Thai and Pan Asian cuisines. The course outline is really good and you learn all the cooking from professional thai chefs. The recipes are good and the best food I tasted in 3 months of my stay in Bangkok were the ones we made in the school, better than most restaurants in Bangkok. The chefs and other staff is really supportive and cool. All the classes are in English. Baking and Patisserie is taught by French chef who is actually really good and knowledgeable. My review in 9/10. Highly recommended .
