Good food, but service wise needs improvement. We went in at 11:10am and the place is not ready for us, even thought they open from 11am. We end up placing order at 11:20am and got the food at 11:40. However when they notify the time, we found out they only gave us 1hr rather than 1.5hr buffet time. I ask why, the staff said we walked in at 11:10. I argued that we sat and wait until they are ready for us. How can that time be at the cost of the customer. And in that case it should just be 10 min difference, why 30mins were taken off? There is no polite response, they just ignored. Its not that we will take the whole 1.5hr to eat but i paid for 1.5hr why 30mins of it is gone for no reason?
