Rented a car in mid-Feb for my 2 week holiday in Phuket. Staff were great on pick-up & drop off - only took approx 10min each time. The attendant made sure to point out all marks, dents before rental and duly noted them and clearly explained the terms and conditions. The car itself, whilst a little under-powered, was really clean, in good condition and economical I highly recommend this company and will definitely rent from National Car Thailand again

Renter here a Nissan X TRAIL. Extremely friendly stuff and nice service. The interior was fine, outside there were dents and scratches but I don’t really care. Had a wonderful driving experience.

Currently they don’t have an office at the airport but they have staffs in the airport so you can get and return the car right at the airport. The car I got was in good condition. I had a pleasant driving experience. I will definitely rent a car from them again.

Pick up and return was smooth and fast, car condition is fair, clean, cold air-con but wear tyre and and has rattling engine noise, drove long distance was no problem
