Ordered parts and paid deposit. Was told they'd arrive in 1-2 weeks and that I would receive a phone call. Went back after 3 weeks. Parts did not arrive and was told I would receive a phone call. Went back after 4 weeks, parts had arrived and I was never called. Was then told it would take 1 day to change parts and to leave bike there. Went back to drop off bike and was told to come get it in 4-5 days as they had to take it to another shop to have the steering realigned and headlight installed. This is the last time I will go to this garage. I understand I am not fluent in Thai but there was zero effort at an attempt to communicate with me. Had I not gone in to check if my parts arrived , would they have just kept my deposit and not called me. When I asked why they didn't call, they had no answer and just walked away. Absolute embarrassment.
