I ordered gloves and they came very quickly to Canada from Thailand. There was an issue with the gloves after one use. I sent pictures to SXS multiple times with no response. When they finally responded they agreed that there was a problem with the gloves and that they have never seen that before. They will not replace them after admitting they aren't right. They will only offer a 10% discount on my next order. Very disappointed with their customer service. Would not recommend.
