Tried to get this company to make two simple frame pieces for a pool table. We gave them a sample of what was needed and said copy that. What could possibly go wrong, we thought. After 7 days they called us to collect the first attempt, rejected it as one side of the top of the wood was 2-3mm, unusable for our purpose. Asked them to do it again, they said another 7 days... Attempt two was done in 5 days. Went back and this time the top of the wood was level, but on one of the pieces they had cut the recess wrong and the cross beams were raised by about 2mm. Pieces of wood were also different heights overall. Rejected it and asked for refund, they refused. I walked away from 8000 Baht and put it down to experience, rather than waste any more time with these people. Did all of this though a Thai speaking friend, as nobody on the staff spoke any English. One of the worst experiences I have had with a company in Chiang Mai.
