This location appears to be closed for good. I went there today (Monday June 21, 2016) around 2:30 pm and all the steel riot shutters were locked down. Other location near National Stadium is still open, and the larger branch between Ladprao 61-63 is still open.

Sadly, this store had a fire in late 2015 and appears to be closed indefinitely, so try to find out if it's reopened before heading here. There's another branch right near the National Stadium BTS station, for example.
