So unprofessional. i asked them about customized tour that they clearly stated in the website, and yet they said that no such service was provided, and told me to check by myself using Google maps, and when i screenshot the website that clearly stated that they can do customized tour, i got blocked. the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company that i have encountered.
