Went to Rama 9 store, appears to have scaled down. They have a small section on the ground floor on the opposite end from where they used to be. Went there to get some parts and service and was met with a staff who did not know anything about bikes. Asked her where was their service center and she was just dumbfounded and not able to give me any info. Bad service

A great place for those wanting to buy anything related to bikes, the staff are very friendly but don't speak English very well, they will however try their best to help you pick everything from the bike itself to a variety of accessories available for them. The bike prices range from a mere 3,000thb-60,000thb. We bought our friend an amazing bike from here for just 6,000thb and we are very satisfied. An alternative place you can visit is Worachak market which is just for bikes and you can find amazing heavy duty bikes from just 5,000thb. Bear in mind that such markets may be closed on national holidays though. Good luck!

Purchased an EM3 ebike 2nd June 2020 at Homepro,Bang Saray. After a few weeks and very little use it went faulty , I was told I could return it to any branch so returned it to Homepro, Pattaya. They could not care less told me it could take up to 3 months to repair, great service what. After over two weeks and several phone calls I’m still waiting. My experience with this bike is that at 350w it’s underpowered particularly on hills. When I purchased it I asked the salesman as I live in Pratumnak, Pattaya is it ok on hills, yes I was told.

Wish I'd have read the other review before going today. This location is NO LONGER a regular Bike Club is it a skeleton of it's former self. Branded a Bike Club Express the once decent selection is gone. What a disappointment. Yes agree, not worth going, had to go to Decathlon instead.

As of July 2020 the shop has a very limited choice of items. I'm not sure if it used to be better but now it's a complete disappointment. Unlike the huge \BIKE CLUB\ sign outside, the shop is really small. If you're serious about cycling you can probably cross it off your shopping list.
