Had the fortunate opportunity of being staying here in early March until mid July. Felt very safe, it's a very quiet a condominium community. Diligently cleaning and very friendly/responsive staff. Very helpful security as well as mindful neighbors. Located in a very convenient area with many different convenient stores, coffee/tea/boutique shops, restaurants, laundry pickup/delivery service, pharmacies, water delivery service, and maid for hire service nearyby fresh produce/night markets, beachfront, etc., all within a 10 minute walking distance. My condo had two spacious balconies that allotted privacy, without obstructing panoramic views of the surrounding Bay and Beach. Each condo has a fantastic panoramic views of the big Buddha temple and the surrounding Pattaya beach/ Bangkok Bay.
