We made only the very best experience with St. James Properties! We purchased a house and got very good advice and support trough the whole procedure. Since oure house was not built yet we good very good information and videos when through the whole building time. If we buy another property we will be with St. James again.

We were introduced to the developer Thomas Rejmell by St James Properties. We purchased a property in the Kamala Orchid Villas development. This development is now one and a half years late, our property is not complete (no properties in the development are) and the developer and the man who said \I will be your man in Phuket\, Daniel Theander from St James, do not respond to emails nor messages. We have commenced legal proceedings and engaged a publicist to get their attention. They can fix this fiasco by responding to messages, emails, or picking up the telephone.
