10th of September 2020- the lady at the counter in the morning should be trained on some customer service basics . In the meanwhile better put her somewhere in the warehouse not facing customers.

This is supposed to be an express service but I had to wait for 30 minutes just because there is only one staff at the reception area and he was busy with another customer.!
