Almost got in a fight with a mafia style mini-van driver that jumped the queue. The employees fail to manage the queue. Spent hundreds of thousands of baht on NGV there, but now I go there much less because I feel unsafe with so much mini-van mafia around. Safety comes before convenience. 1 star because it's unsafe there and the employees do nothing to solve the problem.
