A fantastic hotel right on Ao Nang beach with friendly staff (big shout out to 'Men' who did the exercise class), lots of facilities and good food. One of the best Kids Club and gym I have seen in a hotel. Two large pools. HUGE buffet breakfast. Recommended
I like it here because of the unique new style and white color. In addition to the evening atmosphere of the hotel we can see the sunset on the beach. I think it's very romantic .
Beautiful resort in perfect location. Helpful & friendly staff. Large, modern room with the best shower I’ve had in Thailand. Will definitely stay here again.
The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because we stayed at the Centara Grand in Phuket and I liked the beaches there better. The beach here is shelly (lots of tiny broken shells in the water and the sand) and the water darker than the clear blue water of Phuket. The pools here are nice and there are two waterslides for kids. My husband is gluten free and we are both vegetarian. The menu options were limited for us and on our last lunch I made the mistake of ordering "pad thai" and didn't specify what kind, so they brought us shrimp. Not their fault because I forgot to say tofu, but they didn't ask either. At the Centara Grand in Phuket, all the staff recognized us and knew we were gluten free and vegetarian at every meal. But we ate every meal there at the hotel, so maybe that is the reason why. Here we ate in town a few times because they had some gluten free restaurants (Indian and Divers Inn). The rooms and grounds here are nicer and newer looking than the Centara Grand in Phuket, but our room here didn't have a bathtub, which would have been nice on the rainy days. There are some rooms with private pools and rooms that have balconies that lead out to the main pool. There was one staff member who did water aerobics in the beach pool a couple of days. I liked him. He was friendly. The staff are all friendly. I notice that there's lots of dirty dishes left out for a long time after people finish eating. This morning we couldn't find a clean table to sit at during breakfast, but didn't wait too long. I think maybe they have less staff because of COVID. The resort is in a good location near town, boats, restaurants, etc. This was a nice resort, we would stay here again if we came back to Ao Nang.
