the foods was pretty tasty at 2:30am. presentation could use some work but they gave plenty of rice. there’s another piece of meat under there. had to add salt and pepper, as well as hot sauce, to complement the beef. i left satisfied with food and prices.

The place looks plain and ordinary. And the lonely waiter didn't care about us much. But the food was quite nice. Chicken kebab had that delicious taste of natural smoke from the fire. They also serve tea with mint leaves which gives it soft taste.

the worst thing I've ever tasted in my life. really bad food. I tossed my food to cat and dog. not even they wanted to eat. do not understand why they open restaurant when they can not deliver. I am more than 100% sure that the owner is not from Iran. he is from india. definitely don't eat here. eat mcdonals or something else but definitely not here .. they have put pictures on different food but it is definitely not what you will get delivered.

Love Kabab Koobideh

One Iranian restaurant located at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand is the Shater Restaurant. It has garnered a total of 3.7 stars on Google Maps and has a mix of both good and bad reviews. Shater Restaurant is located right across Nana Plaza. Although the area where the restaurant is situated is very dirty, the location is quite good considering its central accessibility. A dish of koobideh in Shater Restaurant costs 300 Baht- well below the average price of koobideh around the world. The service in the restaurant was pretty shocking. The Thai ladies servers upon entering the restaurant, were not bothered to greet and smile at the customers. Instead, they sat on the tables, disgruntled and busy on their phones. The service was dreadful. They served tasty soup for starters and a few vegetables as well. Portion-wise, the Koobideh dish were pretty good, enough for you to satisfy an empty stomach. With regards to the food quality itself, the rice was a little too dry and the tomato was raw. But the main star of the dish, the koobideh, was actually very tasty, but obviously microwaved. Overall, Shater Restaurant might not be the best Iranian restaurant in Bangkok. But if you’re nearby and just looking for a place centrally for Koobideh, it’s pretty satisfactory.
