Clean and cozy pool and apartments, but the beach outside the fence is dirty full of street dogs with amputated legs looking really sick and water full of rubbish floating around. Wouldn’t recommend to stay in the villas (line of small cottages next to apartments) as most of them are old and need a good renovation. We stayed at the cottage and had an access to this pool. The shower and tap sinks were leaking and not working properly. These apartments are located far from the heart of the Pattaya and most of entertainment places, which is good and bad. Definitely need to hire a car if you plan on staying there because the closest grocery shop will be 10 mins drive. Transportation is an issue in Pattaya so I recommend to plan your trip ahead so you won’t have a problem like us catching a tuk tuk on the busy highway next to apartments or getting back home from the supermarket. The local people are nice but often not very honest with the service

This is NOT a hotel! It is a residential village/condo. As such, short term rentals are ILLEGAL and NOT WELCOME. Especially not welcome are families with young children! There is nothing here for you, the pool is dangerous, toilets sub-standard and the beach is filthy - as are all beaches in this area. Late-night noise and parties are forbidden, will lead to complaints, and you WILL be made to leave. Additionally, please note that by law, ALL foreigners are required to submit their passport details on arrival. FAILURE TO DO SO IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE, LEADING TO FINES, IMPRISONMENT AND DEPORTATION for the renter(s) AND owners. Rental for one month or more is not a problem, if you follow the rules.

Lovely, older and well established place. Plenty of green! Right on the beach and has a swimming pool. Beach restaurants and other restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent condo, wonderful size, well maintained facilities. Very large bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful large balcony with views back toward Pattaya. The pool is excellent. The complex was built in 1990, so for its age it is very well maintained and clean, a highlight for Thailand. My only criticism is the beach is a bit of a let down, with the usual umbrella set ups and exorbitant priced food stalls. But you are less than 10 minutes drive to Sao Keow beach which is a better option
