DIRECT ASIA is a dishonest company with lying employees. I will never use this company and will advise everyone I know, to stay away from this cheating company. Before I make a policy I have asked their insurance sales employee, that I plan to sell car after 4-6 months and if I sell car I can cancel the policy and not have to pay anything after the sale date. I started 10 months monthly payment for 1 year 1st class insurance.They have deducted 3 months upfront in March and then May and June 1 month fee more. So total I paid 5 months but after 3 months I sold my car in June. Their insurance. sales person assured me, once i sell my car I can cancel my policy and no more payment needed and they reimburse me until sold my car date. I sold my car and called this company immediately . They said there is a cancellation fee of over 1,000 baht, which they never told me when i had asked before writing policy. If I do not pay the cancellation fee, they will not refund me any money for 2 months, which I prepaid until August. This company is dishonest. They do not tell the truth to customers upfront when asked. They promise everything to get payment, then come up with charges which they never mention when customer asked. Disgusting service. If someone replaced a windshield due to rock from road bounced and cracked windshield, This company count it as claim and hold against insured. Normal insurance companies use rock damage to windshield as no fault claim.

Very Very Bad service, took almost 3 weeks to get my car fixed, in the meantime my other parts also got damaged. dint even pay 50% for it. had to pay the full amount for the part damaged. would not be recommending to anybody, please stay away from directasia
