It is a good place for practicing your short game especially for improving the accuracy of your irons shot. Very challanging distance, between 120 to 185 yards. Bunker and water areas have been designed to create more difficult shot. I like to play there.

Cheap 9 holes next to driving range. Distances are ok from 120-220 yards, all straight over some various hazards. Green and fairways are terrible. So a good place to train your tee off and approach shots.
