Excellent experience in rental. All scooter’s price is stated clearly in the office, based on your budget and get a suitable one for yourself! We rented scooter in many places at Thailand but this model is extremely comfortable due to the big seat (also huge compartment to store bottles, raincoat and helmets). The staffs are friendly and kind, the lady even explain the brakes very clearly to my bf (we haven’t encountered anyone so details when renting motorbikes) So definitely recommend them!

The bikes are in very good condition and drive very smooth. 2000 baht deposit in stead of your passport is also very good. Communication with the shop is very easy through whatsapp and if you want to extend just shoot them a message. Also they offer bike drop off and pick up at your hotel. Next time when I’m in Koh Samui I will rent again from these guys!
We rented a scooter for a day. We had issues with the key(which was not our fault) and called eddy for help. Not only did he help us immediately and sent someone over, he did NOT take advantage of the situation and let us pay an tremendous amount for something that we didn't cause. He handled the situation professionally and it was really easy to deal with him. Really recommend him.
Well maintained scooters. Professional shop: our scooter was knocked over in the parking lot. The shop showed me the cost of the damaged parts in an open calculation and did not try to take advantage of the situation, instead handling the problem courteous and professional. I will be a returning customer.
