Very rude telephone operator. I phoned to ask a simple question: \do you have a box i can put my bicycle in? I am going to take the box on the airplane.\ I said its a standard road racer bicycle and i am not sure of the exact size. He insisted i know the size of my bike, and the wheel size before going further. Then he spoke rude thai language and ended the phone call.
