A delightful roadside snack experience. The cooks, two elderly women, offer a good variety of roti. Most importantly the street snacks are affordable. The stall is small and is not difficult to locate. There's usually a short wait as there are many people waiting for their turn to taste the food.

Perfect place!! Very tasty!!
Delicious roti! Ordered the banana roti with Nutella and sweet milk and it was amazing. Took a little while to order and waited about 5 minutes for it to be cooked but it was well worth the wait and did not disappoint. You can see everything being cooked which makes the wait absolutely worth it. Staff had limited English but were very friendly and the roti was very affordable, with a range of sweet and savoury options. We also saw some dishes being prepared for grab food (Uber eats equivalent), but it’s worth making the walk down to the stand to watch it being made.
%100 the best Rotee / Roti in Chiang Mai. That is enough said. It’s amazing and the ladies that work there have hands of gold! While watching a sitcom and chatting with a customer she was perfectly cooking the best and most tasty treat I have ever had!
This is the Best Roti in Chiang Mai. (Well, I Love It) I've been coming here for Years. AND...THE ROTI BATTER IS VEGAN. (That's what the Ladies told us). 29/11/18 Banana roti with a bit of \sweet milk\. 20 baht. It's beautifully cooked each time. Crispy around the edges, soft in the middle. I always never wait till it cools I'm in such a hurry to devour it. The Ladies that run this Roadside Food Stall are Beautiful. They always remember me...even if it's been months between visits. Their Traditional Dress is also a draw to eat here. Yes, there can be a little wait.... That's because everybody wants one. That's because it's cooked fresh. That's because THEY ARE DELICIOUS. Enjoy. Situated just outside Wat Mahawan on Tha Phae Road. At the corner of Soi 4. They start about 5P.M. (Please use your manners and be polite. Last night I witnessed a person walk up and say, \ Banana!!!\ No Please, No Thank you. It's Rude and Disrespectful.)
