If you need a real estate agency for your research avoid remax Ao nang because they are incompetent. I rented a villa through them for the year and it was a disaster. Here is my story! When we got there villa was so dirty that my wife and I spent a week cleaning everything. Then the problems followed one another without any reaction from the agency .... Dirty sheets with a strong musty smell, swimming pool problem which was often opaque and green, rats in the roof, gardener who did not come without complaints from me, bed wooden exterior with most of it rotten with risk of going through, ..... And no gesture from the agency! And finally .... We had to leave quickly because of covid 19 .... We left an impeccable house and jamaree pitsok the manager of the agency does not want to return the balance of our deposit on the pretext of washing 4 sheets and 2 pillowcases (1500 baht), cleaning while the house was 100 times cleaner than when we arrived!So go your way and choose real professionals
