Excellent product! I bought an anova sous vide unit and since then has saved a lot of cooking time. I can set up in 10 minutes, free time for 2-3 hours, come back and fry 5 minutes voila ready to eat. Any meat doneness is perfect, never overcooks or undercooks. Tastes same as expensive restaurant, so save a lot of money not ordering steaks outside. I spent 6800 baht and became a steak master, here are my best dishes: beef tenderloin with poached eggs and cashew plum sauce, beef sirloin with fried shallots white wine vinegar sauce.
