Yes it’s little old condominium more over new LIEFE@wireless is dominated. Still there is one point you can look for Witthayu- accessibility In economy. B’coz rents are cheaper than other new condos. Maintenance will be a problem due to age of building. We are currently staying here. Added photos of outside and inside premises. Ac-wifi room is available 24X7.Massage chair.Gym.pool for both kids and adults. Play area with no maintenance also available.

Stayed here for little more than a year. Rent is cheap but very dirty building. Since it is situated next to river lot of cockroach and insects you will find specially if the condo is not renovated recently. Parking is very expensive for visitors ,100 baht per hour. Overall just say , please spend extra or stay little far but not pay here to stay.

Worst management (juristic persons) in Bangkok. So horrible, so unhelpful, can't do basic things, charge tennants a fortune to do small repairs when those problems should be the landlord's responsibility. We rented through the office, our landlord's name is จามรี วัฒนสุนทร I was given a fake phone number for her so I cant speak to her directly. Management office don't do anything. Left without options. Horrible, unhelpful place. Warning to renters.
