Great Price with good access ! The management team are quite responsible. For the one who thought it that far from BTS station. You can drop at BTS NANA and Take a bike service for 15 Baht then such a short wake across the canal at the back of the building. This can be called a secret or shortest path from Sukhumvit Soi 11 to the building with 5-10 minute!
Very good place
A quite big and convenient place to visit. The building has a quite big parking place. The shops and restaurants are not many due to not many other office buildings are around. The more convenient access way is by walk or tuk tuk to the back of the building, through soi 11 Sukhumvit, then cross a small bridge at access from the back.
Visited for Chinese visa service. Efficient and organised
