It took 6 months to repair my watch. And!! I got many scratches on my watch after I got mine back. Such a poor skill watchmaker

Small but clean and tidy place. Easy to access. Parking in front of the building. Polite and quick services. Replaced a new leather strap for my watch in half an hour. This Service Center sells new models of Seiko watches at the same retail prices as for the Department Stores and authorized dealers, less 30% discount if you bring-in old Seiko watches (damaged/broken/unuseable OK) to replace.
