This place is good for family/ party. No neighbor surrounded, then you can have fun without limitation. The house is nice and clean. The owner is also nice and kind. The beds and pillows are good quality as 4-5 stars hotel. They miss the 5 stars because this house is located in a small complicated Soi and you may make the wrong turn before getting the house. It would be great if there are some of signs showing the direction along the way to the house. However, it is in a convenient area, where surrounded by 24 hours grocery stores and market.
