After 3 weeks of dedicated searches I decided to go with Spokes for a bespoke locket for my wife. From the very beginning, it was clear to me that I had made the right choice in vendor. It was a small piece, but meaningful. My enthusiasm was matched by Emma and her group of professionals from start to finish. We discussed ideas, made changes, and put forth a plan we both agreed upon. If I needed anything changed or modified, Spokes made sure to tell me how they could support my vision. Seldom have I had the pleasure of having such care and attention put into business dealings; there isn't a single business out there that wouldn't improve if they took some leadership and customer service cues from Spokes Jewelry. They are an example of what it takes to run a successful endeavor, and I cannot recommend them enough. Where do I begin, in describing how the quality, the designs, the sparkle and the personal touch we experienced from the owners and experts, Emma and Greg, of Spokes Jewelry. My now husband ventured on a journey of getting an engagement ring for me and with the help of Emma and Greg, he presented me with a beautiful and unique ring, designed to perfection with an emerald sitting proudly amongst a frame of diamonds, that I absolutely adore! Following that, we of course needed wedding rings, earrings, bridesmaids bracelets and more earrings. It was such a great experience talking through with Emma on what I liked, what would suit and based on a few glasses of wine, cups of tea, the odd lunch, she designed masterpieces. I would highly recommend Spokes Jewelry to anyone wanting top quality in gems, design and service.
Emma and her team are truly best in class. We worked on a custom set of bracelets via email collaboration. Their attention to detail, design, style, craftsmanship and ability to bring my ideas to life was incredible! Emma was so patient, helpful, professional and just a lovely person to work with. I love the bracelets. They turned out so beautiful! Looking forward to creating more beautiful pieces together!
Spokes Jewelry is family-owned and service dedicated. Greg and Emma bring dedicaton and service to a new level. Whether it was Greg's service as a US Marine, which we are grateful for, or he an Emma's attention to design and customer service. I cannot say enough about the quality and value of Spokes Jewelry. I bought matching necklaces for my wife and daughter for Christmas and they have worn them every day since. My wife's wedding ring lost a diamond, and both of our rings needed some touching up. Spokes did a fantastic, flawless job with a quick turnaround. Highly recommended!
