I wasn't happy with Autoboy at all by having my Chevrolet Sonic repaired for THB 20000 last November 2019! 1) Instead of original spare parts, cheap spare parts have been integrated. 2) Instead of handing over the replaced parts as discussed, they were accidentally disposed of. 3) The replaced toothed belt tensioner was defective after 14 days because a cheap spare part was installed instead of an original spare part. 4) Various original suspension parts that sometimes made noise were replaced with cheap copies that made even more noise. 5) The managing director, who at first glance seemed competent and also spoke English, was difficult to reach after questions or complaints after the faulty repair and if very unfriendly. 6) The ladies at the reception and at the cash desk are very unfriendly, speak no or poor English. 7) Due to the accidental disposal of original parts, which were certainly not defective and did not cause any noise, everything that Autoboy had integrated in my car had to be replaced by Chevrolet Pattaya at the expense of another THB 20000, total damage, from Autoboy from THB 40000 and 14 days of unusable car. Once Autoboy, never again Autoboy, Autoboy good outside, bad inside. I will try to advertise accordingly!

Excellent service. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the work they performed. I was having trouble with the local Nissan dealership that couldn’t fix my problems for 2 years. P.P. Autoboy corrected the problem in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company.
