The best place for big bike hire in Chiang Mai. I've rented from them on four separate occassions and will continue to do so everytime I'm back in the city. Prices are good, they're professional and fair, have a big selection of bikes, top boxes, helmets etc. Bikes are always in good condition and staff always helpful. See you again in 2021 :)

Second time I'm renting a CB500X from POP and I've been very happy. The bike had less than 7,000 kms, well maintained. The booking process was fast: just a few minutes to fill out the form, and exchange my passport (I could have paid a deposit instead). I accidentally dropped the bike and damaged the brake lever. I came forward with and while POP didn't look very happy at first, I simply had to pay the cost of the part from Honda BigWing. That's fair to me.

I rented a CRF250L for a week at POP Big Bike. The bike was in an EXCELLENT condition. All bikes are insured, have up to date tax road stickers and have luggage racks available if you need it . They check on the bike before you pick it up (tires pressure, oiling the chain etc). Excellent service and reliable bikes. One of the best rental agency I ever used in Thailand for motorbikes.

Good scooter, owners that steals from customers. Not recommended — I rented a scooter to take a tour around northern Thailand. We negotiated a deal for a long-term price which was appreciated. We discussed that we were not sure of the duration of the trip, so we paid for a week upfront and we’re told we would settle up based on final days when we returned. Though the scooter performed well, and this review would otherwise have been positive, we came back after six days. The owner refused to give back the one day of unease rental. I told him that stealing money from a customer was not good practice and I would be leaving a review explaining it, or would be happy to leave a good review commensurate with the bikes performance as stated on the contract be both signed should he simply be honest and allow me to pay for the days used. He thought about it, declined, told me to write the review, and sent me on my way. Here are a few photos of the shop so you can identify it and avoid it when looking.

Very reasonable price for big bike rental Very flexible (bike) return appointment (talk to them) Quick and simple paperwork process (done in 10 minutes) Easy to find location, easy to get to Many bikes for rent are new (mine was only 3xxx km) Friendly staff - Just wish they have wider selection of bikes I rented a CRF 250 motard for a day. The paperwork was done quickly. They lent me a helmet free of charge. I deposited 5,000 thB for the bike and got it back the next day I returned the bike. If you think you might be late on your return, you can just ask them upon rental and they will try to extend receival time (by a few hours) for you. Very service minded staff. I just wish they have more bikes to choose from, but given that most of their bikes available are new models, I can't complain. Highly recommended if you want to have some fun in Chiang Mai.
