The biggest and best cosmetic and glass wholesale shop in Thailand with a great selection of product and good in-store customer service. However, they offer very poor customer service to foreigners and very poor follow-up on orders that are not made in the store. No response to emails, promises to send shipments that do not arrive, errors on shipped orders, poor inventory management, and antiquated ordering system and equipment.
