Clean, tidy apartment with balcony, about 3 year old (written in 2018). Helpful stuff and quiet area. Great value.

Great value for money. A really nice apartment with a small balcony. There is a laundry machine on the balcony to use for free. A nice gym on the ground floor. Close to 7-11 a some local eateries. A bit far from old town but still walkable. 24 hour guard in front of the building. I recommend the place!

Awesome location. Surrounded by food a market. The security is the nicest person we met in Thailand. Never failed to greet with a genuine smile.

Quite well maintained condominium complex a bit outside the center of Chiang Mai but still within reasonable distance to some of the seighseeing highlights of Chiang Mai such as the night bazar. If you are tenant you can use their workout gym for free. Since the condo complex is only a few years old, the workout machines are still new and in proper condition. The house garde is nice and also quite attentive if you have questions. You might contact him to find out about free condos to rent or tenants, that rent out their condo for a reasonable monthly fee. Expect something around 10000 Bath for one month, but you'd have to work that out directly.

In a nice, quiet area aside from the fighting cats and roosters. Great food court right next door too! The Airbnb I stayed at had a bed that was much too stiff, even for Thai standards.
