Offering Pilates mat, Pilates apparatus, fit ball, NIA, Garoda, Gyrotonic, Prenatal & Postnatal classes and more as well as many interesting workshop on a monthly basis. We also offer Pilates certification courses by Peak Pilates and prenatal certification courses. At the pilates studio we pay great attention to your needs: In order to make sure that each client is getting the individual attention that he/she needs, all classes are performed in small groups: Mat classes are limited to 10-15 people only Pilates apparatus classes are limited to 5 people only. That way we maintain the highest quality of instruction and give you the full attention that you deserve. Location and facilities Our studio is conveniently located at the heart of Bangkok, only a short walking distance from BTS station (Phloen Chit). In our beautiful four storied studio we provide showers, lockers, towels, mats and all the equipment needed for your class.
