As an exchange student studying at MUIC, this was the perfect accommodation. Room is fine, with two single beds, two desks, a bathroom, and a fridge. They only supply a bottom sheet and a small blanket so may need to buy a comforter. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Gym and pool are very good. Fresh water station for 1 baht per litre on the roof and outside the reception. Air conditioning is good!! If staying here, you really need to bring everything (ie. hangers, bin) but super easy to buy these things nearby

Bundit home is a great place to live as a student or just to stay if you don't want to live in central city. It's 6900 baht a month plus some cheap bills for electricity and water. The bathroom is great and the shower is huge, and having a balcony gives it a luxury feel. The only downside is there's absolutely no cooking facilities, but with such a huge selection of street food in the immediate area that's so cheap you only really need to keep some milk and cereal or fruit for breakfast. There's a tv and fridge, two beds and powerful aircon in every room, plus a pool and gym included with your rent.

Most of the occupants here are students from Mahidol University nearby. There are gyms, a Swimming pool, a convenience stall, and a few food stalls. Room is fairly big & can house 2 persons. Only downside is it is rather far from the airports & downtown Bangkok.

Its being promoted as a new place by exchange student leaders and teachers. Don't fall for it. The truth is that, this place is 15-20 minute walk to campus which is consider far. You can take the shuttle bus, but its inconvenient especially at night and in between classes. There is hardly any decent restaurants nearby. Its just a huge rows of apartments. Its better to live across from the main entrance of university where most restaurants, coffee shops are located. The rooms are decent but nothing special, but slightly bigger than other apartments its cheaper but not really worth the convenience compare to apartments that are located closer to campus. The internet is not reliable and slow, the apartment is big, so they don't have the best network setup for speed. For exchange students on short stay, the only positive is that they are putting all students here, so you get to make friends easier. The only reason why they recommend this place is because the university's dorm is full, so the next option they have is this place which is even further than school dorms which makes no sense. If you are staying longer than 3 months I wouldn't recommend it unless you are on a tight budget. Even so, there are cheap apartments that are 5000-6000 which is a 5 minute walk to campus. Another plus is the decent size gym, but if you don't work out its not a big deal. I was convince to terminate my contract by student exchange leader to come live at bundit place. Actually, I have met 3 other people who were also convince to move here too, we do not agree its a better choice. Especially we lost our deposit from our 1st contract, its not worth the move. If you do move, make sure to check the place out at night and compare.

Pretty good place to stay for students studying at Mahidol. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their English is not the best, but if you have a complicated problem you can use Google Translate to communicate. They sent in the maintenance man in a timely manner when I needed stuff done. I got a wasp's nest on my balcony and he was able to remove it. The room itself is much more spacious than you would find in America. Every room comes with two beds, three desks, a fridge, a tv, a bathroom with a shower, 2 closets, cabinets, and a balcony with a sink. You cannot cook with anything with an open flame and there is no shared kitchen. Each room can control the temperature and there is wifi in your room. There is a pool and a gym. The restaurant is not good, and nobody really ate there. There is a shuttle to Mahidol that runs every 30 minutes or so depending on the time of day. The worst part is the location. You are only close to a handful of restaurants. The rest of the street is empty or filled with more housing, and the street itself needs repaved. When it rains a lot, the street in front of Bundit floods and you have to trek through the water. It's a solid 10 minute walk to get access to more restaurants or the bus stop to get into the city. Overall it's a pretty good place to stay if you need a dorm close to Mahidol. Otherwise, you'll be pretty bored. There are two 7-11s and plans for more and a line of taxis right across the street.
