Booked a ride to the airport after waiting 30 minutes in line. Requested a pick up time but the lady insisted I leave an hour earlier because of a \2-hour drive.\ Van picked me up 20 minutes before the pick up time I was given, 1:20 before what I had requested. We made it to the airport in only 45 minutes!! Now I'm sitting here at the airport 4 hours early and I can't even check in yet!! This is so annoying as I hardly got any sleep. Next time, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER! I requested the specific time because I had already planned everything accordingly. Not a great start to my day!
