Very good service, good car and easy to do the rental process. Sergey (I think he is the owner) is very friendly and helpful. Another good thing he speaks good English, Thai and Russian. We strongly recommend car rental Phuket.

Everything was planned to hire out the car and we organised everything. Licence and passport images were taken and payments discussed. We waited over 2 hours for the car to be delivered to our hotel only to be told it’s not coming due to an “accident” (??)... We weren’t even called up to let us know the car wasn’t coming... lost most of our day which is now ruined. My partner and I would strongly not recommend using them. Kthxbye.
I wasn't able to rent here, because they are sold out for weeks. However, I want to say thank you for a very informative and helpful call today! I will definitely save your company to rent from you another time!
We arranged to hire a car for 3 days, agreed on costs and delivery time. However, they called us 30 mins after the expected delivery time to tell us that the car has been in an accident (?). We had waited over 2 hours for the car, they could have told us earlier instead of wasting our time. I would not recommend their service.
