Great people and place for kite boarding. I would recommend them for new equipment, lessons or as a place to ride from. They are passionate about the sport.
Vermutlich nice beach, not so crowded, super helpful guys from the kite school that help you out even if you booked nothing there.
2hr kite lesson was 4000THB. Wind was pretty good at 15kn so we used a 15m kite from 2014. Overall the equipment was newish and okay quality but well used. I had some lessons at home so this would be my 3rd time kitting and was able to nail the water start by the end of the lesson with instructor Alex. This site is where you go during low season for kiting. My only issue with this beach is that boat moorings from the shore have ropes to bouyes in the sea so you need to be careful or you'll get snagged. I also got stung by a jellyfish but I'm told this is rare for the area and KBA had some vinegar for treatment.
