The kids loved the experience and the staff were very helpful, spoke good English and had a very good manner with all of our kids across different ages between 3 and 10. The horses are very well behaved and well looked after.

I have booked this from the angsana laguna phuket resort. It was 1700baht per person for the sunset horse ride. The journey is 1.5 hours. Recommended. You might get cheaper rates by visiting this shop directly..

Phuket International Riding Club gave us an incredible experience! First off, they were able to accommodate us the following day, which was MUCH appreciated. With a 2 hour ride, they will take you to the beach and let you swim with horses. There was a slight miscommunication but they were flexible and made everything work. I've grown up riding (English) and this was a DREAM COME TRUE. The guide let us walk, trot and canter on the beach. I am an advanced rider but my husband is a beginner. They accommodated both of our skill levels (he weighs slightly over 85kg which is the max so we made sure to let them know and make sure they had a large enough horse). They provided us with helmets and boots. Their horses are clearly well taken care of (I would NOT support a company in which this was not the case). I would recommend being honest with your skill level so that they can match you up with the right horse. Our guides were patient, kind and knowledgeable and the manager/owner was also wonderful and accommodating. They also took tons of photos which was very appreciated. I would 100% do this again and recommend it to anyone considering it. We purchased some carrots at the end of our ride to feed to the horses around the stables. There were also the cutest kittens at the stables that you can play with before/after the ride, which was just a bonus. Thank you for this magical experience!

It is a great club, staffs speak good English and friendly. However the Club is moving to a new place nearby in Jan.,2020. So if you are planning to go next year, please look at their website for the new address. They have 3 rides, you can choose from 1 hour, 1.5 hours and 2 hours. It is best you give them a ring first to book for the ride, because when I was there, I want to take the 1.5 hours but they said they have another group coming so I can only took the 1 hour ride. I went there with my 3 kids. Each one was weighted and they took out the horses accordingly. Since the kids are casual rider, they didn't need much help from the horseman. They took about 15 mins to get to the beach where the fun started. The horseman started to increase their speed and started to jog for 20 mins. It was a great experience and I definitely will come back again next time.

Very well organised. The horses were nice and groomed. Enjoyed the ride on the beach and caught a lovely sunset.
