Visited on a Thursday. Arrived at 08:50 for a tourist visa extension. Forms available to fill in on the left. Then visit the information desk to get your docs checked. (Asked to fill in TM6 departure card) 1) Got my queu number. 2) Waited 10 minutes. 3) Number called 4) Handed my checked docs in. 5) Digital Photo taken. 6) Waited 10 minutes. 7) Collect Passport & Change (100 baht for me). All done. A very pleasant experience. All staff were polite and efficient during my visit. Note: It was getting much busier by around 9:30. Note 2: I had a printout/screenshot of my hotel registering me online with immigration.

8 hours in line for a visa extension. many not happy people. . surrounded by 300 people potentially infected with the virus. the government did not protect foreigners. Do everything so that people need several days and more than 10 hours to extend a visa. What has been done has the worst rating.The electronic queue does not work. I understand that now there are a lot of people. So the task was to make a comfortable extension for people. But this never happened.
