Higher prices but great service. 2 suits in 24 hours with second fitting and delivery to hotel with final adjustments. Part of the TukTuk Thai Holiday / Thai Factory racket FYI but they still take good care of you and prices are much better than home

I too was taken here by a tut-tut driver. I presume that they gave him a gas card for referring business. And the sales people were definitely trying to encourage me to getting more items (but that is what sales people do). I purchased a silk suit that was a perfect fit. Very happy with the quality of the product and the price was definitely less than I would have paid in the United States.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Dont go there! If too Late contact Tourist Police they can help! Nr. 1155 for the Police. Shop owner very aggressive and threatens you with physical harm if you are on your own. Only for Show probably but still watch out. Always and everywhere Watch out for nice People on the Road „recommending“ „Happy Buddha“ or „Big Buddha“ or Special Holiday and Special Offer in „Goverment Shop Tailor Factory“ or smth Like that.

Absolute scam trash. I thought my friends and I were way more intelligent than this but they got us good

This place is disgusting and people who work there are criminals. The good news that you can actually return your money back, but you have to stand your ground firmly. They threatened us with physical harm, the main lady boss was shouting at us like crazy, it was very very nasty. Main advise: don’t go there alone to get your money back - more people you have with you the better, record everything on video so they see that, say that everything is streaming online and your family has been informed about the situation, say that you reported to the Embassy of your country, stay OUTSIDE of the shop (they tried to close us inside) and just turn away all arriving tuk-tuks (saying new “customers” that this place is a scam). After loosing a lot of potential customers they negotiated with us and gave almost all money back. It was a huge lesson for us.
