Many choices and variety of local thai street food with cheap price. But sadly, the cleanliness is poor. You can easily spot rats everywhere.

Quite local. Very much of the same thing in terms of local food. There are side alleys to explore as well. Try the Soi across the road as well. Soi Phetchaburi 10. Same same but different. Worth a looksie if have t done it yet. I went stall by stall peeked at what’s cookn with the usual sawadee krap ... and graze away... some are actual homes that the family has just started cooking out front to sell.

Did not like it at all. Food was just so-so (except the amazing crepes and grilled banana) and no place to sit anywhere. Destroys the experience for me and just feels rushed.

Lots of halal food and hostel there. The one I like there is the pad Thai near family mart, it's cheap and tastes good.
