We needed dresses(4) and suit coats (2) for a wedding reception and found what we needed at Penny. The woman who waited on us helped us select what we needed from her stock of around 2,000 dresses. The prices were very reasonable. The shop accepts cash (baht) and bank transactions, but not credit cards.
