Good surprise. Gentle staff who knows how to cut farang hair. First time it was not short enough, so when I came back I asked a bit shorter and it was very good. Good service, happy with the cut, low price (I have been 3 times now)

I googled a place to do hair and nails in Bangkok, found this place by other people recommendations and I am soooooo happy I did! They are so professional! They know exactly what to do, ask me all the questions and understood exactly what I wanted. In top of this, they all are very very very NICE and some of them even can speak English. Very much recommend. I’ll definitely will visit here on my next time here! :)

The worst consultation I've ever experienced. I made an appointment for highlights over the phone and asked for an estimated price, the man quoted me around 5,000 baht. Then, I went in for my appointment and was quoted around 10,800 baht FOR HIGHLIGHTS AND COLOR ON SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR. That's even higher than their price menu. I've never paid that much in the USA or Bangkok in the 7 years that I've been blonde. She was looking at my hair with an annoyed and confused look on her face the entire time. That made me feel uncomfortable and made me question their expertise. I then went to Take Care Salon in Asoke on Sukhumvit 19 and they did an absolutely phenomenal job for 5,800 baht for highlights, root color and toning my ends. I recommend you shop around before you spend an astronomical amount of money on on basic highlights at this salon.

Terrible experience. Overpriced. The staff asked me to give them 5 stars review on their Facebook page!!! They take the money before a procedure, so you can not get a refund if you are unsatisfied with the service. They don't know how to work with European hair, even though they say they do. I asked to make balayage,but all they did was just hair bleaching, no toning at all. I just became yellowish blond. Also they sold me some toning shampoo and conditioner. I used them exactly how they told me, but my hair became green! The next day I sent them a message on their Facebook page, describing the situation with photos of my green hair, asking for help. But no one replied. Do not trust those fake reviews on Google and their Facebook page! Avoid this place. UPDATE: Today the salon sent me multiple messages, obviously, after they saw my review here. Well, I should attach the screenshots then, so it would be fair.

Another fantastic salon in Bangkok, make sure you take your mask and let them spray alcohol before enter as they are serious about covid protection here. Also serious about great hair!
